Dear everyone, a year has passed already since BEK collective opened a
new squat and social center in Zagreb, Croatia. It was a year of
different struggles and challenges, some things changed and some didn’t,
and we are still in process of learning and developing our social space.
The basic ideas of a drug-free, free entrance and socially aware space
are still on and will always be on. Recently our old facebook page and
riseup email had been hacked and a lot off misinformation sent around,
so we apologize for confusion that was maybe made by that and are trying to fix it.

Tattoo Circus is a DIY festival achieved through the collaboration of artists who use creativity to unite people in the anti-prison struggle. It celebrates self-expression whilst exploring the politics of freedom. You can expect to meet there tattoo artists and performers who use their creativity to bring awareness to the plight of those incarcerated and oppressed under the laws of coercive governments. All of the money collected during the event goes to organisations supporting political prisoners on the inside and outside. We have been organising tattoo circus in Prague since 2016, thanks to the inspiration of all those mega folk behind tattoo circus here and in Barcelona, Lausanne, London and Berlin (to mention just a few), and not forgetting the original in Rome, 2007!

A compilation of some of the anarchist & anti-capitalist riots in 2017
21st of December we call to let the imagination flow and
to express solidarity in its multiple forms. Once again we will show that our imprisoned comrades are not alone but present and on the streets with us.
They want to raise even higher walls, not only of concrete and iron, but also of loneliness and isolation. And these walls we want to break down, with love, affection, rage and solidarity for our comrade Lisa.
